Information you choose to share

The contact form stores the name, email address, optional company and budget details, and project message you submit. The information is available inside the protected portfolio administration area and is used only to respond to professional enquiries.

Purpose and retention

Contact information is retained for normal business follow-up and recordkeeping. The portfolio administrator can mark messages as read, replied, or archived and permanently delete them when no longer required.

Security and rate limiting

A one-way hash derived from the visitor network address is stored temporarily with a submission to prevent repeated spam. Administrator passwords are stored as secure password hashes and are never saved in plain text.

Analytics and cookies

No advertising trackers are enabled by default. The light or dark theme preference may be stored on your device. The administration area uses a secure session cookie for authentication.
